Brookes Security
Overview:
The Oxford Brookes Security Services team needed a short informational video to provide information to new students to make them aware of the 24/7 security and safety provision on or near campus. The project titled ‘Working with you to make our community safe’ was aimed at raising awareness of the importance of reporting suspicious behaviour in a timely manner so that action could be taken to prevent security issues. They wanted a professional, live action, security and safety video that they could use on digital screens around campus.
Highlights:
The team involved in producing the video grew in confidence, especially as the feedback from the client was so positive. The Security team have deemed the project a great success and will be looking to work with Digital Media Production students in future projects.
What the client said:
“The final version was very good quality with some amazing editing and it captured the very essence of what was required and what was hoped would be achieved.
The video of 1 minute and 20 seconds was delightful to watch and the change in dynamics and emphasis was amazing, it is particularly noticeable how the video touched on a person’s conscience to do the right thing.
Good communication and a pleasure to work with, this is a really good video and most impressive.”
